Box Office & Group Sales Policies

Tickets to all Dance Prism sponsored performances are available online and by phone.
• Visa/MC are accepted online.
• Checks via USPS and Visa/MC are accepted on phone orders.
• Cash/checks and Visa/MC are accepted at the door, though touchless payment is preferred while  the Covid-19 pandemic is current.
• Please note that there is normally a $2.00 handling fee per ticket on all credit card orders. It is rescinded for the 2021 Nutcracker season

Group discounts are available for all performances.
Special pre-performance talks for groups can be arranged for most performances (see
Special Programs).
All theaters have provisions for handicapped seating and offer convenient, generally free, parking opportunities.

It is Dance Prism’s policy to allow the exchange of tickets purchased but unused for equivalent tickets to any other Dance Prism-presented production in the current program or ensuing calendar year. including other performances of the same program (given availability), our spring or fall season productions or The Nutcracker in November and December,  The company does not provide refunds for unused tickets. Special conditions may apply during the 2021 Nutcracker season.
If you cannot attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, on account of inclement weather or other personal reasons, you may exchange your tickets for another Dance Prism performance by following this process:
° Please email danceprismoffice@gmail.com providing the invoice number (if purchased on line), and the row & number of the tickets you have, and requesting a voucher for future tickets. If possible, please do so prior to the performance for which you have purchased tickets so that we know those seats are available for other patrons.
° At any time prior to the later performance you would like to attend, redeem your voucher (using the information provided in it)  again by emailing danceprismoffice@gmail.com. Remember that to receive best seats it would be wise to email at least two weeks ahead of that performance.
